Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 7 days of received order. You can return your product for a store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.

• Returned items must contain all items included in shipment

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

• Provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.

2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.

3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Please note:

Once we receive and inspect your return we will send you a notification email that we have received your returned item.

A refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 3 – 5 business days.
